Your purchase from our store/online store is confirmation that you have accepted our below Terms.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE/CREDIT NOTES

* SALE ITEMS ARE STRICTLY FIRM SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED so please choose carefully
* Jewellery cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

The return postage and/or associated shipping costs for an exchanged item will be at the cost of the purchaser. 

 

POSTAGE

$10 Standard Flat rate shipping within Australia 2 - 5 days delivery time. 

Please note: large/bulky/heavy items will incur additional postage costs that unfortunately cannot be absorbed during this time. We will contact you if there are additional costs.

Once parcels have been dispatched customers will receive tracking notification. Tingo is not liable for loss or damage once the parcel has been posted and tracking no. sent. We take time to ensure all fragile items are packed properly to eliminate breakage/damage; as such refunds will not be issued if parcels are lost or damaged in transit.

 

CLICK & COLLECT
Simply select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. When your order has been packed and is ready to be picked up we'll send an email notification.
